Iḥsān in Organizational Life — Why Operational Excellence Is an Act of Worship

24 min read · CC BY 4.0

Abstract

The hadith of Jibrīl defines iḥsān as worshipping Allah as though you see Him. Applied to organizational life: the books, the audits, the supplier choices, the reserve policy are not bureaucratic overhead but the substance of taqwā in the institutional form. A theological case for why operational excellence is itself an act of worship.
